Joint teams of Indonesian and Dutch academics will be organising several PhD master classes on various themes before and after OSM 2017 in Yogyakarta. Hosted by Indonesian universities, the master classes will take place at several different locations around the archipelago.
The master classes are meant for Indonesian and Dutch PhD students, or those who are in the process of preparing a PhD project. Participants from outside existing Indonesian-Dutch research partnerships are very welcome to apply.
Master classes that will be organised are:
Writing articles for international journals: experiences and tricks of the trade
Coastal and Oceanic resilience
Innovative, interdisciplinary methodologies for humanitarian research on resilient societies
