Dr. Ruddy Kurnia  (LabMath-Indonesia) is head of laboratory of the independent non-profit research institute LabMath-Indonesia, in Bandung. He also work as postdoctoral researcher in Applied Analysis group, Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Twente, The Netherlands. His main research area is modelling and simulation of water wave and its interaction with structures. In the OSM, he is co-organizing the master class in the topic of “Coastal and Oceanic Resilience”. In the master class, he will give a presentation with title ‘Simulations of extreme waves, harbour waves and a tsunami on the Jakarta Garuda wall’.
