Dr Cora Govers is senior programme coordinator at WOTRO Science for Global Development of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research. She is involved in the collaboration with India,

Indonesia and South Africa. She is coordinator of the food security research at NWO-WOTRO: Food & Business Applied Research Fund and F&B Global Challenges programme, and the cofund between European and African countries LEAP Agri. Her own research as an anthropologist was on Mexico, on local belonging in rapidly changes times, with a PhD at the University of Amsterdam.
